This website has no advertising trackers or third-party analytics. Fonts and website artwork are served with the site. The web host may retain ordinary access logs, such as requested pages and IP addresses, separately for operation and security.
Your enquiry
When you select “Send enquiry”, your name, email address, business or location, selected interest and project details are submitted to Sustainable Tech’s server. We save the enquiry and notify the team so they can respond. A confirmation reference appears only after the server confirms receipt.
Access to saved enquiries is limited to the business and the service operators who maintain this enquiry system. We use your details to handle your request, assess the appropriate equipment or service and continue the conversation you have requested. We do not add you to a marketing mailing list through this form. Saved website enquiries are retained for up to 180 days after submission. Unresolved notifications are retained longer for recovery. An ongoing project, customer relationship or applicable obligation may require related correspondence to be kept longer.
Understanding campaign results
Our own server counts page views, enquiry starts, contact-link clicks and brochure-link clicks. These counts help us understand which information is useful and which campaigns lead to enquiries. A brochure-link click is not proof that the file was downloaded, and a contact-link click is not proof that a conversation took place.
For these counts, we record the page or brochure path, a random session identifier, campaign codes from tagged links and the referring website’s hostname. We do not send names, email addresses, message text, full page URLs, search queries or complete referrer URLs in these activity records. If you submit an enquiry, its campaign codes may be saved with it so we can identify the source of the enquiry. Activity records are retained for 90 days. We honour Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals by disabling this measurement; you can still send an enquiry.
Temporary browser storage
Campaign codes and the random session identifier use session storage for up to 30 minutes, or until the tab session ends. The site also uses session storage to remember the opening animation and coordinate page transitions. This storage contains no contact details. If storage is blocked, the site and enquiry form still work, but visits may not be connected across pages.
The enquiry system uses a necessary session cookie, STENQ, for security checks. It is restricted to this website, is unavailable to page scripts and is sent only over HTTPS. It is not an advertising cookie.
Email and external references
If you use an email link instead, your chosen email service handles the draft and sends it when you instruct it to. Some pages link to LinkedIn or other organisations’ technical information; those services apply their own privacy practices. A reference link does not imply a supplier relationship.
