Glass sand
Glass sand is a processed granular material. Its usefulness depends on what goes into the machine, how the output is graded and what the next user needs it to do.

“Sand” is a starting description.
The word does not establish a precise size range or a guaranteed use. Specify a target particle-size distribution and measure the output. Fine material and coarse grains behave differently in a mixture or drainage system.
Consider the whole processing line.
Breaking glass into cullet and producing a fine granular output are different processing tasks. A proposed line may need crushing, screening and further preparation. Match the equipment configuration to the material specification rather than choosing by model name alone.
Find the next user early.
Construction blends, selected drainage uses and landscape products are possible routes to investigate. Acceptance depends on the application, local requirements and evidence from samples. Confirm that demand before building a business case around a particular output.
Good questions.
Useful answers.
Is glass sand the same as beach sand?
No. Recycled glass has a different origin and composition. It should be assessed as a specific material for a specific use.
Can one machine make every grade?
Do not assume that. Ask for the proposed output specification and any screening or additional preparation needed.
Keep exploring.
